1408, BUSY and a NEW SENYRU

Hello Everyone,

I was extremely busy last week and took the weekend off to relax. My sister came over Saturday and we drank white wine and watched 1408. It is a great movie, she let me keep the DVD for awhile. I want to watch it again tonight. I liek the character in this movie. It is well-written.

I love scary movies and this in one of the best I have seen in al long time. John Cusack was very good in this ole, e essentially carried the movie by himself...

I finished my blog posting for today. I am still liking this job. And I look forward to more jobs like this. I beleive that belief in yourself is one of the strongest factors of success. I used to be doubtful of my ablilities and my craft, but I am now more positive and envision myself achieving my goals.

I want to say one thing about "Dog" Chapman, I am not surprised. He comes from an environment that allows for that kind of behavior. I am glad the network pulled his show and I hope it never returns, but I suspect after a "cooling off" period it will return to A&E or another network. The show was very popular, and I admit I was a fan of the show, but no more...

I am glad and sad that the writers guild voted to strike and did so today, I stand with them as a writer. Writers are often cheated out of royalties. Writers spend many lonely hours creating and sometimes asre not rewarded for their efforts...

Most of the shows I watch are reality shows and old reruns on TVLAND and AMERICAN LIFE so I do not think my TV viewing will be deeply affected...I hope those in power will do what is right and give writers what they rightly deserved..
