Welcome to my journey, I hope you will visit often...
Week of October 8th, 2007
Good Morning All,
I have been doing a lot of writing, and I am happy to report that I even wrote some new poetry in the past few days. I am going to submit a batch of poems to a paying online market this weekend or early next week. I want to polish my submission before I submit it. I have a few new ideas for some stories as well, but I have nothing concrete yet, just some ideas that popped in my head late last night. It feels good to have the creative juices going again!
I have been extremely busy with the business side of writing as well. Just today two more of my abstracts have been accepted for publication and another one of my articles was accepted as well.

It is that time again for me to start thinking about what to write about for this month's Poetic Monthly issue. I am not sure of a topic. I would like to write about the business side of writing this time, perhaps how to submit a manuscript or how to pose a query letter. I have a few days to think on it. Boy the time went by so fast since the last article I wrote, it seems as if it was only a few days ago. I may just write about one of my favorite poets, I have not done an article like that as of yet. Perhaps I will write about Sylvia Plath or Maya Angelou. I hate making decisions!
I am excited about Joaquin Phoenix's new movie opening nationwide on October 12th. He such a talented actor. He is my favorite actor at this time. He alwsys gives that little somethign more in his performances. He knows how to engae the audience and keep them interested. I still feel he was robbed of a much deserving Oscar for his riveting portrayal of the late Johnny cash, Walk The Line is still one of my favorite movies I must have watched it over 100 times since its release in 2005. It is well-acted and written in my opinion.

I hope his new film We Own the Night is just as successful if not more so, but he has some stiff completion in Elizabeth and Tyler Perry's new film. I am planning to go see it in the theatre. I did not go see Walk The Line and I have always regretted not going.
I want to share a new senyru and then it is back to writing for me
